Recombinant Human CD14 Protein(C-6His)
Recombinant Human CD14 is produced by our Mammalian expression system and the target gene encoding Thr20-Cys352 is expressed with a 6His tag at the C-terminus. Lyophilized from a 0.2 μm filtered solution of 20mM PB, 150mM NaCl, pH 7.4. Lyophilized protein should be stored at < -20°C, though stable at room temperature for 3 weeks. Reconstituted protein solution can be stored at 4-7°C for 2-7 days. Aliquots of reconstituted samples are stable at < -20°C for 3 months. Greater than 95% as determined by reducing SDS-PAGE. Less than 0.1 ng/μg (1 IEU/μg) as determined by LAL test. Always centrifuge tubes before opening. Do not mix by vortex or pipetting. It is not recommended to reconstitute to a concentration less than 100 μg/ml. Dissolve the lyophilized protein in ddH2O. Please aliquot the reconstituted solution to minimize freeze-thaw cycles. CD14 is a cell surface glycoprotein that is preferentially expressed on monocytes/macrophages. CD14 is anchored to cells by linkage to glycosylphosphatidylinositol (GPI) and functions as a pattern recognition receptor that binds lipopolysaccharides (LPS) and a variety of ligands derived from different microbial sources. The binding of CD14 with LPS is catalyzed by LPS binding protein (LBP). Toll like receptors have also been implicated in the transduction of CD14-LPS signals. Soluble CD14 can be released from the cell surface by phosphatidyinositolspecific phospholipase C and has been detected in serum and body fluids. High concentrations of soluble CD14 have been shown to inhibit LPS mediated responses. However, soluble CD14 can also potentiate LPS response in cells that do not express cell surface CD14.Accession P08571研究领域 研究领域 EpigeneticsImmunologyCell Type MarkersCDMyeloid CellsImmunologyInnate ImmunityTLR SignalingStem CellsEndothelial ProgenitorsEndothelial MarkersStem CellsHematopoietic ProgenitorsHematopoietic Stem CellsHuman Lineage NegativeStem CellsHematopoietic ProgenitorsMyeloidMonocytic LineageStem CellsHematopoietic ProgenitorsMyeloidNeutrophil LineageStem CellsMesenchymal Stem CellsNegative MarkersRecombinant Human CD14 Protein(C-6His)温馨提示:本产品仅作科研实验使用,不支持临床等研究
