Recombinant Human IL-2 receptor alpha is produced by our Mammalian expression system and the target gene encoding Glu22-Cys213 is expressed with a Fc tag at the C-terminus. 别名 Interleukin-2 receptor subunit alpha,CD25,p55,TAC antigen,IL2-RA,IL-2R subunit alpha,IL-2-RA,IL-2 receptor subunit alpha 形态 Lyophilized from a 0.2 μm filtered solution of PBS,pH7.4. Less than 0.1 ng/μg (1 IEU/μg) as determined by LAL test. Interleukin-2 receptor subunit alpha (IL2RA) is a single-pass type I membrane protein, contains 2 Sushi (CCP/SCR) domains. The interleukin 2 (IL2) receptor alpha (IL2RA) and beta (IL2RB) chains, together with the common gamma chain (IL2RG), constitute the high-affinity IL2 receptor. Homodimeric alpha chains (IL2RA) result in low-affinity receptor, while homodimeric beta (IL2RB) chains produce a medium-affinity receptor. Normally an integral-membrane protein, soluble IL2RA has been isolated and determined to result from extracellular proteolyisis. Always centrifuge tubes before opening. Do not mix by vortex or pipetting. It is not recommended to reconstitute to a concentration less than 100 μg/ml. Dissolve the lyophilized protein in ddH2O. Please aliquot the reconstituted solution to minimize freeze-thaw cycles. Lyophilized protein should be stored at < -20°C, though stable at room temperature for 3 weeks. Reconstituted protein solution can be stored at 4-7°C for 2-7 days. Aliquots of reconstituted samples are stable at < -20°C for 3 months. Greater than 95% as determined by reducing SDS-PAGE.
