Recombinant Human Hepatopoietin-A Protein(C-6His)
Recombinant Human Hepatocyte Growth Factor is produced by our Mammalian expression system and the target gene encoding Gln32-Ser728 is expressed with a 6His tag at the C-terminus.别名 HGF蛋白;Hepatopoietin-A蛋白;Hepatocyte growth factor; HPTA; HGF; ; SF; Scatter factor; Hepatopoietin-A种属 Human来源 Human Cells形态 Lyophilized from a 0.2 μm filtered solution of 20mM Tris-HCl, 500mM NaCl, pH 8.0. Lyophilized protein should be stored at < -20°C, though stable at room temperature for 3 weeks. Reconstituted protein solution can be stored at 4-7°C for 2-7 days. Aliquots of reconstituted samples are stable at < -20°C for 3 months. Greater than 95% as determined by reducing SDS-PAGE. Less than 0.1 ng/μg (1 IEU/μg) as determined by LAL test.活性 Measured by its ability to induce IL-11 secretion by Saos-2 human osteosarcoma cells. The ED50 for this effect is 0.3-1.5 ng/ml. Always centrifuge tubes before opening. Do not mix by vortex or pipetting. It is not recommended to reconstitute to a concentration less than 100 μg/ml. Dissolve the lyophilized protein in ddH2O. Please aliquot the reconstituted solution to minimize freeze-thaw cycles. Hepatocyte growth factor/scatter factor (HGF/SF) is a paracrine cellular growth, motility and morphogenic factor. It belongs to the peptidase S1 family and Plasminogen subfamily, contains 4 kringle domains, 1 PAN domain and 1 peptidase S1 domain. HGF regulates cell growth, cell motility, and morphogenesis by activating a tyrosine kinase signaling cascade after binding to the proto-oncogenic c-Met receptor. HGF is secreted by mesenchymal cells and acts as a multi-functional cytokine on cells of mainly epithelial origin. Its ability to stimulate mitogenesis, cell motility, and matrix invasion gives it a central role in angiogenesis, tumorogenesis, and tissue regeneration.Accession P14210研究领域 研究领域 CancerInvasion/microenvironmentAngiogenesisAngiogenic growth factorsSignal TransductionGrowth Factors/HormonesHormonesRecombinant Human Hepatopoietin-A Protein(C-6His)温馨提示:本产品仅作科研实验使用,不支持临床等研究
