产品描述 描述 Abietic acid is the primary component of resin acid, is the primary irritant in pine wood and resin, isolated from rosin (via isomerization) and is the most abundant of several closely related organic acids that constitute most of rosin, the solid portion of the oleoresin of coniferous trees.

Abietic acid regulates PPARγ target gene expression in RAW 264.7 macrophages and 3T3L adipocytes. It can be used for regulating lipid metabolism and atherosclelosis. Abietic acid is a PPARγ ligand and that its anti-in£ammatory effect is partly due to the activation of PPARγ in stimulated macrophages.
