产品描述 描述 An alkaloid isolated from the stem wood of the Chinese tree, Camptotheca acuminata. This compound selectively inhibits the nuclear enzyme DNA topoisomerase, type I. Several semisynthetic analogs of camptothecin have demonstrated antitumor activity.

It induces cell cycle arrest in the G2/M phase.In vivo(体内研究) 10-HCPT can be safely orally administered and, alternatively, a low-dose long-term treatment. Prolonged elimination of HCPT in vivo may have a significant impact on its therapeutic effects. HCPT is metabolized to its carboxylate form and glucuronides.
